Accelerate were engaged to design and build a digital business planning & reporting solution that steps Local Land Services staff through the planning process, aligning to both state and regional strategies.
The business planning framework built for the North West Region covers units from weed control, invasive species to travelling stock reserves. Previously data was captured manually through disparate Excel Spreadsheets, paper and other systems making it a time-intensive and inconsistent exercise when it came to preparing quarterly and annual reports. Target setting happens far more frequently and live Reporting is available throughout the year. To ensure compliance requirements were met an evidence capture automation process was implemented when tasks were complete.
